These terms govern your use of CaliPower Football services, including tryouts, training programs, camps, and events.
You accept these terms when you register for any CaliPower service, submit payment, or participate in our programs. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
CaliPower provides youth football training, coaching, team participation, camps, and athlete development services for ages 10U through 18U. Services include 7v7 and 5v5 team programs, skills training, Dream Week events, and educational workshops.
Registration and Eligibility
You must provide accurate information during registration. We evaluate athletes through tryout processes. Selection for teams or programs is at our sole discretion based on skill assessment, roster availability, and program fit.
All fees are due at registration unless otherwise specified. Payments process through Stripe via HubSpot. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount at checkout.
Refunds are handled case by case. Event cancellations due to weather, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in rescheduling rather than refunds. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase for refund requests.
Athletes must follow coach instructions, respect other participants, and maintain appropriate behavior. Parents and guardians must conduct themselves professionally at all events. We reserve the right to remove participants or spectators who violate conduct standards without refund.
Football involves physical contact and injury risk. You acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily. You confirm the participant has no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.
You authorize CaliPower staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for participants if necessary. You are responsible for all medical costs. Provide current medical information and emergency contacts during registration.
You grant CaliPower permission to photograph, record, and use participant images in promotional materials, social media, and marketing content. Contact us to opt out of media usage.
You release CaliPower Football, its staff, partners, and affiliates from liability for injuries, property damage, or losses during participation. This includes injuries from other participants, equipment, or facility conditions.
You agree not to sue CaliPower for claims related to participation. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All CaliPower content, logos, training materials, and proprietary methods are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
We collect personal information during registration and payment processing. We use this data to deliver services, communicate with you, and improve our programs. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We may cancel or modify programs due to low enrollment, weather, facility availability, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives when available.
You agree to receive emails and text messages about your registration, event updates, and CaliPower news. Opt out of marketing communications anytime through unsubscribe links.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to class action lawsuits.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
